TLS (Total Logistic Support) 45 Consulting GmbH is dealing with all theoretical and practical aspects related to the Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) assurance of technical systems. The consulting activities are based on more than thirty years of RAMS-assurance experience in management and engineering of different technical systems.

Modeling, predictions and analyses from the Print Board Assembly (PBA) to the system level considering the impact of heat management, as well as the carrying-out of the requested RAM analysis documents (FMEA, FMECA, FTA, Markov techniques)
Concepts for the Maintainability Demonstration (MD), performance monitoring including FRACAS and in Service Reliability Demonstration (ISRD)

In all cases we consider the maintainability aspects of the projects, including maintenance plans (maintenance lines and levels; the roles of maintenance services, the supplier hot line and picket; product breakdown structure from the system to the Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) level, with hierarchical structured lists for corrective and preventive maintenance, including the needed RAM parameters, used for maintenance planning and conducting, but also for LCC; and spare part provisions). We base our work on MIL-HDBK, MIL-STD, DEF-, IEC- and CENELEC-Standards and our RAMS-assurance experience on different technical areas (telecommunication, transport revenue, railways ERTMS/ETCS trackside and trainborne systems).
